What is Mindfulness

What Does Mindfulness Mean?

What Does Mindfulness Mean?

What Does Mindfulness Mean?

Mindfulness is both a practice and a way of being. Mindfulness allows us to observe and pay attention to the present moment in a kind, calm, non-judgmental way. This allows us to be fully present and enjoy the moment for what it is without getting caught up with unnecessary or unwanted thoughts.

Mindfulness practice is different for everyone as there is so much to learn and gain. Living mindfully is a different journey for everyone too. Experience your own journey living mindfully and practising Mindfulness and discover how you would define it to a friend.
