GROUNDED KIDS
The use of Grounded Kids is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Terms and conditions:
By using Grounded Kids services for booking and hosting Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Children Incursions, you, the person/s, company or other legal entity agree to be bound by the following terms:

Services: Grounded Kids provides OSHC Incursion services. These services include and are not limited to thirty minute programs based on Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Children. Each program is available on the website and on request via email.
Bookings: Incursion bookings can be made via the Grounded Kids website, via email or phone. A booking confirmation email will then be issued in one to three business days. Once a booking confirmation email is sent, consider your booking date and time confirmed.
Cooling off period: Grounded Kids accepts change of mind cancellations up to five business days after booking has been made. After the cooling off period ends bookings are considered finalised and the payment agreement applies.
Payment agreement: Grounded Kids will issue an invoice via email one to seven business days after the incursion date. All invoices must be paid in full within seven business days after date of the incursion. If full payment has not been received within the seven day time period, Grounded Kids will issue a payment reminder email. If full payment or proof of full payment cannot be provided for within four working days after payment reminder email has been sent, Grounded Kids reserves the right to take legal action. Grounded Kids reserves the right to involve the services of a debt collection agency or legal representation to obtain the full amount that is owing and overdue.
Payment options: Grounded Kids accepts Credit Card payments and BPAY, no cash payments, no cheques.
Cancellations: Please consider your bookings carefully as cancellations are not accepted after the five day cooling off period. Grounded Kids will accept change of date requests up to six weeks prior to the date of the incursion and not thereafter. Change of date requests must be made via email and can only be accepted if requested time and dates are available. Please keep in mind that not all change of date requests can be accepted, however, Grounded Kids will endeavour to find a date and time that is suitable for both parties. Grounded Kids reserves the right to cancel at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Notification of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances will be made as soon as possible via email provided. Rescheduling of the incursion will be promptly attempted and confirmed.
Safety of participants: It is important that each child feels safe and welcome in the group. If a child is continually being disrespectful to other children, is very disruptive, or is harming others in any way, Grounded Kids reserves the right to ask the child to leave the group safely with an Educator to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the group. Grounded Kids welcomes the collaboration and open communication with educators to ensure that each child has the opportunity to participate and is supported within the group setting throughout the course of the incursion.
Current Blue Card Holder, Current CPR & First Aid qualifications, Current Insurance. All documents are available on request via email.
Personal property damage: Grounded Kids is not responsible for any lost/stolen personal items or damages carried out by children during the incursion.
Disclaimer: Grounded Kids Mindfulness and Wellbeing Programs are designed based around both qualification in Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Children and ten years experience and qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. Grounded Kids is based on an educational Mindfulness and Positive Psychology program for children and is not a counselling or therapeutic program.
The person/s, company or other legal entity acknowledges that Grounded Kids has done the utmost to ensure that this information is true and accurate. The person/s, company or other legal entity acknowledges that Grounded Kids accepts no responsibility in an event of any error, misrepresentation or inaccuracy of such information. The person/s, company or other legal entity acknowledge that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
